Good content
This book has good concise content on the sign. I've read about the Taurus in the past but learned a good deal more from this book.Be aware that this book is a physically small book. The size was disclosed in the description but I missed that. I was taken aback when it arrived because it's not what I expected. I usually perceive this type of tiny books to be light on content. This book has more depth than that.

I don't believe in it.
Regretted buying it. The Holy Bible says astrology is of the devil. It's true.

Absolutely love this little gem.
I have had this little book for years and I always enjoy going back to it. Great info on Taurus and it is presented in such an artistic and cute way. A must for those who want to learn more about themselves or their Taurean friends and family.

The Sign of the Bull
"Taureans get the earthly comforts they need by exerting their immense power in a sustained and methodical manner, no matter who or what tries to make them deviate from their routine. They function best when they are able to concentrate and stick to a plan, especially when they know their reward will be pleasure and luxury." - From the bookSkilled metaphysicians and artists, the husband-wife team of Monte Farber and Amy Zerner--also known as The Enchanted Couple--have birthed a great new book series dedicated to each of the 12 Sun Signs of the Zodiac called Astrology Gems.I had the pleasure of reading the entire Astrology Gems series and was surprised and delighted with both the format and content.Although the Astrology Gems series are small gift books, they are jam packed with practical, eerily incisive information. Some of the tidbits found in the Taurus book include:* Charts on related planet, element, quality, day, colors, plants, gemstones, metal, etc.* Extensive keywords* Lists of Typical Behavior/Personality Traits, Positive Traits, Negative Traits, Behaviors/Abilities at Work* Behavior/Abilities at Home, Attitude Towards Money, Leisure Interests/Pastimes, Likes, and Dislikes* Romantic Pairings, Health, Taurus as Parent, Taurus as a Child, Taurus as Co-worker, and Taurus as Friend* Taurus as Employer and Employee* Typical Occupations, First Dates, and Taurus in Love* The Ruling Planet of Venus and how it influences TaureansTaureans tend to be cautious, hospitable, and security oriented. Although often shy with new people, they are loyal friends. Steady, reliable, detail-oriented employees, they seldom miss a day of work with their dedicated persistence. If you're a Taurus--or someone you love is born under the sign of the Bull--the Astrology Gems series for Taurus will show you:* What domestic tasks are far more appealing than social activities* Why Taureans need clear goals and require routines* How they work with teams* Where they shine most in the home frontMy Mom is a Taurus (my opposite sign) and the information in the Taurus Astrology Gems book was startling accurate (except for parenting style). I was fascinated that Monte pegged sinus and throat issues as troubling Taureans, because my Mom has had many sinus and throat issues over the years--including having part of her thyroid removed! Also, Monte mentions that Taureans are often embarrassed by free spirits and this has certainly been my experience as the daughter of a Taurean (I'm a free-spirited Scorpio Sun/Aquarius Moon/Aries Rising soul!).If you're looking for piercingly insightful information on Taureans that goes beyond the usual cookie-cutter astrology book, the Astrology Gems series abundantly delivers.Janet Boyer, author ofย The Back in Time Tarot Book: Picture the Past, Experience the Cards, Understand the Present ย (coming Fall 2008 from Hampton Roads Publishing)
