I had this hose for a little over a year and it seemed to work well. The first thing to go was a hole that sprung near the top of the hose where the sprayer attaches and that ok. Then today after a week of 100 degree weather I went to turn on the hose & it burst right in the middle. So now it’s completely unusable. Decent for the price but don’t expect it to last😞

I was replacing another retractible hose but found this one to be significantly less useful. The water pressure is reduced greatly and takes a long time to fill watering cans. Forget about using a sprinkler with it!

For a super long, flexible/shrinking hose, this price is definitely very good.We've used this over a dozen times and haven't had any issues.I don't get the vibe that this hose is indestructible so I do try to baby it a little bit but maybe that's just me being too paranoid.I'd highly recommend it. I was a little confused about the extra black washers that come with it, but I guess those are just spares to be used in-case the pre-installed one falls off.

UPDATE: The hose lasted about a year. I was careful with it, did not overstretch, ensured it was not pulled too tightly, it was never fully extended, stored it appropriately through inclement weather and yet it still rupture at the connection point to the faucet. I'm very disappointed that a hose at this price point didn't last longer.Nice packaging and was surprised to receive a hanging rack with the hose, however upon installation and first use, the inner tubing ruptured and completely useless. The fittings went on easily and I made sure to extend the hose out to it's entirety (but loosely), opened the valve before turning water on (to prevent a pressure rupture) and when I turned the water on, immediately noticed that it was pouring out from the center of the hose. Useless. Am hopeful the replacement is not equally defective - will update review once I receive/try the second one. #disappointed

I got the long version of this product. it is good but the ridges tend to get easily caught on obstacles.

I bought this light weight hose to water my garden. It’s easy to unroll for use and easy to roll back up for easy storage. I also like the “no kinking” like I’ve had with rubber or nylon hoses even when they stated they were a “No kinking”. I’ve now convinced my neighbors of the easy use and storage that they bought them as well.

Very lightweight

I really wanted to like it. It leaks where it’s attached to the water pipe. Very light pressure. Hose is as skinny as your finger
