Does NOT work on hard water lime or calcium ring in toilets - don’t waste $$
I usually use a pumice stone, but I ordered this back in October and finally got around to trying it today. I ordered the recommended swabs a couple days ago. I followed the instructions and tried it in four toilets. The results were - no change or reduction in the hard water ring. I went back to the pumice stone. Done waste your money.

Good product
I bought this to get rid of some water stains around our toilets at work from the water. It worked amazing getting rid of the yellow stains in the toilets and urinals as well in one building. When I went to use at another building it worked great on the toilets but not the urinals. I haven’t figured out why this is other than this building is older. There wasn’t a smell like most chemicals. I will definitely get more when I come across more yellow stained toilets.

It worked!
We live in a rural area in Texas in an area where the water has a high mineral content that according to the community water report makes it undrinkable for pregnant women and young children. It also makes the dreaded toilet ring and causes people to buy bottled water and/or instill water softening systems, filters, shortens the life of water heaters, etc. I followed the directions, lowering the water level in the bowl, wiping it dry, continuing to swab the area (I bought the separate appropriate toilet swabs) and not leaving it on more than the directions stated to. At first it did not seem anything was happening, but i continued swabbing and then it did! The ring is gone and I bet it has been there for at least 10-15 years or more. I have been here 6 years and it has always been here. Yay!

It worked where others didn't!
I had a nasty toilet ring caused by hard water and I tried everything including Lime-Away, CLR etc. but nothing worked. Then I tried this product and it got rid of the ring completely. It was easy to use, you just need a paper towel (I used the Costco Kirkland brand) and protective gloves. Turn off the water to the toilet, flush it and then empty the water from the bottom as much as possible using a disposable cup. Now dry the toilet using a paper towel and let it dry completely. Then take a little bit of this cleaning liquid on a piece of paper towel and apply it on the ring. Let it rest for just a few seconds and then take some more cleaning liquid on a paper towel and scrub the ring hard. I repeated a few times and the ring disappeared completely! I have a brand new toilet again. Great product! Highly recommended!

Great For Well Water Households
This is some really great stuff to help clean the toilet bowl once a year. It basically resets the high level of cleaning.Being on well water, we have treatment in place, but it still isn't perfect. The strong minerals in well water, while filtered to be used, can still be heavy. This removes it all so that regular toilet bowl cleaner can be used a couple times a month....
