This item is cool but the quality could be better. I purchased it for my 15 yr old daughter for Christmas (she wants to be a Cardiovascular Tech) and one of the tips broke off as soon as we tried to put the pieces together. Much more complicated than I expected to put together and the stand also broke before we ever got it upright. Very small, but good visual model, wish the quality was better.

This product is not worth the money at all. It is TINY, even smaller than I thought it would be. The parts are not easy to put together, they don't fit well into each other, and it's difficult to see any of the heart anatomy because the whole thing, base included, fits in the palm of my hand. Really, this product is vastly overpriced and has useless instructions for putting the pieces together. Spend some more time to search a larger, easier to assemble product that will be a more helpful teaching/learning tool.

As the others said, nothing fits well. And I mean really, I had to shave bits to get the little hinge pins in. The hinges are easy to break. Assembly was an endless stream of loosen/push/wiggle.It appears I've been sold a return/repackage. I am missing a piece and much of the assembly was already done (that may be factory but it was done in instruction order)It looks decent and it has nice detail so I wish it were better. It's going back.

The hinges on some of the parts were not well formed, but the print quality was good.Good as a static display model, but not as something to use multiple times or for demonstrations.

Very difficult to assemble. "Instructions were pictorial and lame". Size includes stand. Needed glue and a file to make things fit and stay together.

I bought a couple different heart models on Amazon, looking for the best one to use in a medical-themed summer camp. This one was hands-down the worst. It was very similar to some of the other heart models but of much worse quality. It was difficult to assemble because the pieces didn't quite fit together. The hinges didn't snap together properly so pieces kept falling off. The heart model by Elenco was basically the exact same design but better quality. I'd recommend that one. They have a new package that includes a CD with animated assembly directions that is really helpful.

Nice and very easy to put together. Kids loved it.

good introduction to the human heart & looks to be of instructional & beneficial use for a novice.

Sadly this is disappointing, very, very small and fits poorly together. The lugs are already looking and feeling like they will snap off! I will avoid buying anything else from this maker because for the price, it is a total waste of money.

Quite difficult to put together, I don't mean the order but the hinges themselves don't really snap together very well meaning that sometimes bits pop out instead of opening up. Still, it's very detailed and really helps to understand the anatomy.

For the price very good although hinged parts enabling access to the inner views of the heart are not adequate for the job.However for a general teaching aid, it would fit the job
