It is a book of a general overview of the main Martial Arts styles and with some informative background history.For me this was a good purchase as my old Sifus were inside parforming the style I have long since loved and trained in, Wing Chun Kung Fu.If you want to look at the main styles available before deciding on which style you wish to learn then this book is very good for that.My scoring is slightly biased lol.Good quality item.
