Worked really well - exactly as advertised. It's not metal, so don't expect it to be super sturdy, but it's still plenty strong. The tap is big enough for blended watermelon to pour through. If you do make watermelon daquiris I'd recommend straining out the pulp though. I used this for about 10 hours without any issues except for 2 times when it got clogged and we had to use pressurized air to clear it. Not a big deal, but with the pulp strained out this would work perfectly.

I bought this because of a video I saw on the facing book about how to put alcohol into a watermelon. It's as easy as it looks. Pro tip: don't carry the watermelon outside without putting it in a bag or something first. I carried it out by hand thinking it was empty. In reality, there was a lot of fluid leftover and it all came spilling out when I chucked it into the trash. Now it looks like I murdered a raccoon while he was asleep in one of the chairs on my front porch. I really should have just thrown it into the shrubs but I didn't want ants. Every day of my life is Hell.

The product is great, but I paid extra for it to be sent as a gift and not only did it not arrive on time, but it was delivered to the wrong address. Not happy.

This product was ok. Liked the idea of getting juice straight from the fruit. Even after blending the fruit up very well the tap only worked a few times before it was getting clogged. It may work better if the juice you are extracting from the fruit is just regular juice poured into the emptied watermelon.

Worked well and sealed without drips. Well, the spout may have dripped a bit, but all of them do. I mean where it seals to the watermelon. No leaks there. Get a big watermelon so you don't have to refill it every 20 minutes. :)

Tried this with a pumpkin. I take back my earlier review. The coring tool works great! I think my bf really just wanted to use his power drill.The flow from the tap isn't super fast but that was expected.

This is a cool product. Great for parties though out door may be more so. If you like presentation, guests will not stop talking about this method of serving drinks. Only downside is that you must pay attention to how you install and not over tighten the tap. A watermelon is fragile enough to damage if you over tighten. Plus after a little while, tends to drip under the tap mount a little. I'm considering trying this on a pumpkin next Halloween!

Our daughter turned 40 in July. We gave her a huge 40th party. The watermelon keg was a HUGE success. I am so happy I saw it in time to have it for the party. Some people thought that the watermelon was not real that's how good it looked. Loved it, we plan to use it a lot it's so much fun.
