Is this a steam cleaner as well and where do put the solution and where does the dirty water go

Rashad, this is a hot and cold carpet extractor, not steam, as stated in the title. We've changed the Amazon listing title to reflect this. Regarding the solution, you pour the manufacture's recommenced solution and dilution amount into the solution tank on the front of the machine. The dirty water is collected in the recovery tank and is removed by using the port on the back of the machine. Please refer to the image in the listing for better reference. It is a machine that injects a hot or cold liquid solution and at the same time extracts dirt from fabrics or surfaces. It is not a steam engine but if you heat the water to 200 degrees F
