Looks and feels like real wrought iron. The best mug hanging rack we could find in terms of design, spacing, sturdiness. Used plastic dry wall anchors because we were drilling into paneling with studs not aligning with holes. If it came with anchors, that would be a plus, but overall great product.

So I just recently moved to a new apartment. We have a beautiful island in the middle of the very open kitchen and living/dining area. Now the downfall of this island is there is almost no overhead cabinet space. Like most people we use the hanging cabinets for dishes and glasses and the like. With the limited options we had we put all our glasses and plates in there and completely forgot about the fact that we have a pretty large collection of mugs that needed to go somewhere! So after looking around we had a blank wall right across from our coffee machine. Looking at some things on the internet I saw a couple of people doing things like these hooks and loved it. We went ahead and bought one to see how it would fit and it fit great on our wall. So three more later we have a series of these hooks on our wall that looks great across from our coffee machine on our island. They are just a couple of screws to install and are very sturdy.
