This custom-made bobblehead, or, as we like to call it, "robblehead" (his name is Rob), checked all of the boxes. He literally said it was the coolest gift that anyone has ever given him, and all of his friends and workmates got a great laugh once they saw it either in person or by photo. The backstory - we had gone shark fishing last spring off of a beach in Florida, and Rob had caught a small baby shark, which we obviously threw back into the ocean. That moment brought a lot of laughs and many rounds of the "Baby Shark" song. I wanted to capture that moment, and Sculptor Jerry helped me do that with his super-skilled craftsmanship and fantastic communication. I was contacted in a reasonable amount of time through WhatsApp to start the process of my bobblehead. They were in contact with me through every step and were very quick and efficient after initial contact. I sent more photos through WhatsApp for comparison and when I didn’t like a feature, they modified it for me immediately. The only thing they struggled with was making clay money for the bobblehead to hold. I ended up ordering some miniature money and making the stacks of cash myself. (I also added a hat that he wore with his suit, but did not ask them to do that for me. That is something I did on my own). But overall, they did a great job! The likeness is spot on and my father in law really loved his present.

I have been ordering hundreds of products on Amazon for years, but I can honestly say I have never enjoyed such a positive shopping experience as that which I have had from laclayfigurine. I ordered a custom-made bobblehead for my godson for a Christmas gift, and it came out perfectly...the bobblehead IS HIM! But more importantly than the quality of the figurine is the tremendous customer service I received. The sculptor contact me over a dozen times to approve of each aspect of the process. Then, they shipped it internationally with expedited service (which I did not request) so that I would receive it in time for Christmas. According to tracking, yesterday it was in China; today it is in my home in the United States. I could not be happier with the craftsmanship, the service, and the shipping. I will definitely order form this company again. Do not hesitate...you will be thrilled!

This was a great gift especially for someone who has everything. The service is good and there is plenty of communication to make sure that you are satisfied. Now I wish it came in a glass box as my cats left a claw mark on it.
