The media could not be loaded. PROS: The bulb is a very elegant, very mid century Murano style glass. Thought the glass would be frosted but the glossy look is a lovely surprise. I love the brightness of the gold and the metal looks high quality. CONS: It’d be nice to have the option to choose different shipping speeds. Especially if you’re hiring someone in advance to install your light fixtures because I only received 3 of the lamps when I ordered 4 lamps. Now I have to reschedule my handyman and hope for the best. Customer service is complicated. Amazon forces you to go through the seller. I left an email and it’s not an instantaneous system so I’m still waiting for a response. I tried calling the company directly and they said they couldn’t help me because their email team handles all customer service requests on Amazon purchases. I will update my review once I hear back from Lamps Plus.Update: lamp plus got back to me two days later. One of the lamps came later than the rest.
