What tape should one use to prevent it falling off early ?

You should not need to use tape - we recommend not cutting the sheet too small and make sure to wash with a non-moisturizing soap and warm water in between uses. If you must use a tape, medical tape would be recommended.

Which side is supposed to be the adhesive side? Neither side is sticky.

Hi, thank you for your question. The "sticky side" is the side that you remove the protective plastic film sheeting and should be able to apply the sticky side of sheeting to affected area for about 8 hours daily, after cleaning the area with mild soap and if need be, cutting the sheet to size , before application and sheet removal.
