Indoor Ventless Fireplace Insert - 44" Ethanol Burner - Ignis EHB4400

Awesome, I love it. I am making my own fire place station or whatever and I needed a fire source. I ordered this baby and lit it up. I was only looking for the fire effect in the living room but what I got was actual warmth. I never filled it totally, I just add a bottle or 2 at a time. I would say 1 bottle evenly distributed throughout the burner gave me about an hour and half so 2 bottles are about 3 hours. The flames reached maybe 12ish inches in height. I would add pictures but I am not done with installation. Right now it is sitting on a piece of granite and I just make sure nothing is nearby and light it up. Love it!!!

I purchased the IGNIS burner after receiving some incorrect information about how it could be used. This type of fireplace burner can only be used with a pre existing fire place. It would be better if this was stated in the spec and details on Amazon for people that do not have any knowledge about fireplaces.I was very disappointed with how the entire situation went. If I ever live in a house with a pre existing fireplace I would consider buying a burner again because my goal was to have a fireplace that did not have to be connected to my gas line. I think the bio fuel is the way that I would like to go. I just wish that there was more information for people like me in the information on the website.

Initially, this appeared to be a great purchase. Do not buy it. It is poorly designed. It is of low-quality. And I do not recommend it. After you use it a few times, the stainless steel weekends in a gap is created between insert in the frame of the fireplace. Also, the residue from the fuel causes the stainless steel to become brown and stained. It looks terrible. Also, there is an obvious odor in the air when you burn the fuel. I cannot imagine it is safe to breathe in an enclosed room. I did not use it but once in the first 30 days. Therefore, I am outside of the return period. I am now stuck with an expensive piece of tarnished stainless steel scrap. I will cover the hideous gap with stone and use it on my patio. I will not use in my house.

We've yet to install the fireplace insert but it looks like it's exactly what we need. It has a minimal design and came packaged well. Looking forward to seeing it installed.

Just received the 4400 model and got it out of the box. It appears to be well made and high-quality. Installation was very easy and the instructions were well written. Looking forward to some fantastic evening by the fire!
