Many chai teas taste like straight up cinnamon tea. This one has a much better even blend of spices.

This a a great cup of chai tea
I aways used Stash chai but find the Bigelow spiced chai much more delightful and interesting in flavor. Now I drink it exclusively. I am a tea drinker and do not drink coffee

Doesn't need soy lecithin in it. Would taste better without.
Don't like taste as well when flavored tea had soy lecithin added. Wish they wouldn't use. Won't get again unless it's only option for Chai spiced.

Box of tea was crushed
The flavor of this tea is good, however it was sent in a padded envelope and the box was completely crushed. Shipping it in a box would have been much better.
