Are these shoes good for all day standing?

Cant answer for you personally, but mine are very comfortable, and if I had to stand all day, they would be the right shoe for me.

I would like to equip all of my shoes with the exact same soles that come in these shoes so please someone send me in the correct direction

I would either ask Sketchers if they have extra insoles for your shoes. They do sell nice gel insoles in Walmart and other stores.

Very comfortable and nice looking shoe , it's quite big in size and unfortunately it didn't come with anti-puncher layer which will make it unsafe for heavy Civil Construction site

Shoes are good. Comfortable yet strong and good looking. For size if you are wearing 9.5USA then order EU 42.5 would be perfect size. 43 Would be a bit bigger.
