600mgs This is my 2nd bottle, I have not noticed any relief from nighttime nerve pain. I need to get up about every 2-3 hours when sleeping in bed, I do better when I sleep proped up on pillows on the couch arm. My nerve damage is the C6 disc in my spine. also have numbness in right hand fingers and both feet and lower legs...
