I've had pain in my foot for about 7 weeks, unable to get an appointment with a gp - unreal pain! I've self diagnosed plantar fasciitis and ordered this kit for next day delivery. They're not the prettiest of items, but when I put the sock on and arch support I almost cried with relief because I was able to stand and walk without pain for the first time in WEEKS!!! The socks were pretty tight to get on as I have quite wide feet and I'm a size 8, but once they're on, they feel great. Not sure when I'll use the silicone heal support as I'm not sure what this can help with, but willing to give it all a try. The ball is amazing so I imagine I'll use that a lot. Definitely worth the money - THANK YOU!!!!

I was very sceptical when ordering this kit, i am so glad i did!! After only a few hours of wearing the new socks i can already feel some relief, which is amazing. I have started using the massage ball today and it feels comfortable. I will put the new gel pads in my trainers!!! Thankyou so much for helping me with my foot pain!!

Suffering with any foot pain is awful, as anyone who has will both agree and confirm.After buying the worst insoles ever, I developed some issues which caused me to suffer from plantar fasciitis. Despite buying some replacement insoles, to combat the condition I still suffered, although it wasn't as bad as before. My continued walking adjusted which caused an issue to the back of my heel, buying this set was my response to avoid a trip to the doctors and potentially hospital, yes search engines are dangerous when investigating symptoms!The day this set arrived I used the massage ball immediately, I hadn't expected it to do such a great job in massaging my foot, somewhat painful but it was so worth it, definitely helped loosen the tight muscles in the arch/heel area.The socks I got were L/XL... This lost the star, they feel fine and they are definitely tight but they were tight for me, size 10, I dread to think how it would feel like for someone with bigger feet!I did use the rubber heel pad and it helped reduce imact shocks and protected me but it can only do so much, I wore it for a full work day and it did the job well enough that I felt support and some comfort.The other components I have yet to use but I do think the set as a whole is good and is value for money.

I have bilateral plantar fasciitis, can be very painful. This kit came quickly and was a reasonable price for the contents. 2 pairs of compression socks. I am shoe size six and ordered size L/XL . They fit well , snug but not impossible to put on and being open toed I can wear my flip flops( not supposed to !) .There is a pair of gel arch supports, a pair of silicon heel cushions and a pair of forefoot pads. I haven’t tried these out yet but am finding the compression socks helpful at the moment. There is also a hard textured ball for rolling under your foot- surprisingly comforting to use…. Don’t let your dog get it! All in all this kit seems worth the £19.99 I paid for it. The socks especially are well made. Happy customer

It's ok. Socks very tight,not good if you have wide feet. Save money, excercise with a random 🏀

Bought this bundle for my sister in law as she is suffering with plantar fasciitis and was in so much pain.Product arrived quickly, well packaged and had everything included that it said .She says the fit is great and the support really good. Easy to put on and comfortable to wear all day. She was able to walk better due to a reduction in pain whilst wearing. Bonus was having all the little extras and a spare pair of socks too. Would definitely recommend. Very happy with this purchase. 😊

These items are definitely helping with the pain relief in my feet. It's not a cure, but helps make life more comfortable.I wear the socks at night time and the arch supports during the day. The gel heels I've worn around the house, which help with the pain in the heel. (It would probably benefit me to buy some indoor shoes with good foot support). I have not used the silicone instep yet.The ball feels good to roll under the foot. Unfortunately, my dog likes it too! I have to time the use of it when she is out of the room.

Well packaged, and items are of quality. I feel that what I paid is really good value for the items I received. What really finished it off nicely was the lovely hand written note from the supplier, offering advice and guidance on use. I would recommend these products from this company to anyone. 5*

Ich habe das Set aufgrund meiner Plantarfasziitis empfohlen bekommen und ich bin durchweg begeistert. Vor allem die Gel "Söckchen" haben mir extrem viel Schmerz genommen. Würde ich jederzeit wieder verwenden, das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist super!

El producto se ajusta bastante bien a mis necesidades. Tengo fascitis crónica en ambos pies y el alivio que consigo con este kit es importante.El calcetin de compresión ayuda a no sufrir mientras camino y a poder permanecer de pie. Las taloneras de gel son ideales para poder colocarte por ejemplo botas. También traen unas plantillas de gel , almohadillas para el arco plantar y una pelota que estoy usando para masajes. Es bastante completo.

Producto muy completo
