Please see the sizing chart (it's in the pictures) to determine your appropriate size. WEAR: Performance Compression socks (20-30 mmHg graduated) are the tightest, best-supporting socks available without a prescription. To put them on, first fold the sleeve of the sock down around the foot (inside out). Then, slip your foot into the sock. Next, roll the sleeve of the sock up around your calf. Finally, adjust the whole sock for your comfort. Be sure to make sure that you've got plenty of sock space at your ankle so you can move with ease. Make sure that the TOP of the sock is below your knee. The sock should wear comfortably for hours. WASH: Compression socks should be hand washed and hung to dry. (That being said, we've accidentally run ours through the wash and the dryer a handful of times just fine!) These socks were designed in Utah (USA) and are imported from China.
