I was skeptical at first because they seemed really tight. I just wasn’t used to compression socks. They hug my legs in the best way possible. They make my hurt achy legs feel so much better . I even sleep better at night. The only problem I have is they roll down off my knee cap and roll sometimes .

I love these socks for work. This is the second time I have purchased them. My 1st purchase was a six pack of multiple colors. I ordered these because I wanted the light blue and another gray pair for when I wear lighter colored scrubs. My calfs are very large - about 18.5" in the widest part and I wear a size 9 shoe. These do not cut or bind or anything. I am on my feet for 12 hour shifts and wearing even this light amount of compression has really made a difference in how tired my legs are. It also helps my left ankle which is permanently lightly swollen. This pack of socks seemed like they were a little longer than the others, but still fit good. I would buy them vs spending over $30 for one pair of other compression socks, especially if you are trying them for the first time!

Exactly what I was looking for, which was light compression socks that don't cost a fortune. They make hiking less painful on my calves and ankles and also kept me warmer. I am using these during the winter while being pregnant and also after I injured the tendon on my ankle. I ended up getting an insert that goes under the heel and using compression around the ankle. These socks helped with that but a higher compression would've been better for the injury. But these socks did what they are supposed to for light compression socks. The only thing is, the fabric pills up after 1 wash, ...I expected that.. But that's why they didn't get 5 stars

I work in Guest Services at a large resort and I am on my feet all day on uneven surfaces. My doctor saw I was wearing compression socks at my last check up and commented that she was glad me see me wearing them; so I have been looking for "nicer" compression sock and thought I would give these a try. I love them; they are much lighter weight them the one I got at the drug store. They look pretty and feel great. As with all compression socks they are a little more difficult to put on than regular socks but I have not had any trouble with tearing or runs as mentioned by some other reviews. I will definitely be purchasing more Dr. Motion socks.

Comfortable while preventing legs from swelling when sitting for long periods of time (plane, car, computer, etc.)

Great compression, without making my legs feel like they are in a vise. I am 56 years old, and working in a restaurant kitchen for the first time. These socks make it possible for me to get through a 9 or 10 hour shift on my feet (well these socks and the right kitchen shoes) Since these had designs and were a bit prettier than my standard black compression socks, I thought they might not be as effective- They are. My only warning- I am only 5 feet tall, and the socks are a bit longer than I would prefer., I have to double over the top about 3 inches. Not really a problem , and they are well enough constructed that this does not make the top overly tight.

This was my review of the damask floral set; (I gave them 5 stars): These are a little easier to put on than the similar design by Sockwell, so probably not as much compression, but plenty for me. They fit my size 9.5 feet well and are comfortable all day. They have worn well so far, and the price is a bargain.Then I bought the set of 3 black socks; here's my review for them: These are totally different socks from the damask floral. They are much thinner, though not nearly see-through. They are shorter, not quite covering the calf. Mainly, they don't have nearly as much compression. This makes them super easy to put on, and I can feel that there is some compression, but not much. Hopefully, they'll be okay for summer when I'm getting more exercise and keeping the swelling down naturally. I would give them only 3 stars, so 4 stars is the average.
