I will admit I didn't think it worked BUT... yep BUT where there us a BUT there is a positive on thee way. This top gets you warm and creates a seal causes and captures 😰 sweat. Get the recommended size and get your workout on I kind of wish it hard sleeves for the mommy wings but even still I'm very happy with my purchase. You will have sweat just like the picture.

This definitely did exactly what I was looking for. Didn’t want a waist trainer which is more restrictive. I was sweating in this; and not in a bad way! Didn’t even know it was working till I took it off. 5’6, 215 and got an XXL. Not super tight, more like a fitted tank.

This does exactly what you want it to do. It really encourages the sweat and it holds it there until you take it off. Really like it will need a smaller size now.

This 1000% works as advertised! I wear this to the gym and it makes me sweat more than I ever have! I have worn this outside of the gym husy tkntesy it out and even just my normal day I was sweating.

I'm so pleased to find this workout sweat shirt. It works great! After reading mixed reviews I took a chance and glad I did as the shirt hold lots of sweat.Only downfall is the the seam will come undone, snags. Best not to pull on it but cut it off or bottom stitch will unravel.I unfortunately, got a used or bad order. I was able to return and order new. It is True to size. Wish it had a zipper or various size for easy to put on and downsize as we lose weight. Think I will need to order a 2nd one but smaller as I lose weight.

I absolutely love this sauna top. I have used it multiple times now and I am completely soaked by the end of my workout. It stays in place perfectly. The only thing I don’t like is the top area in the front. You can definitely tell you are wearing something underneath your shirt. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

I decided to wear it under a loose waist trainer and all I did was some short exercises and danced most of the night for fun and OMG when I went to take it off it was like a flush of water pouring out I was really shocked. I really now wish I got a smaller size. It really does what it says just make sure you build up the right temperature on your body. LOVE IT!

Delivery was quick - used this vast yesterday for my weekly very strenuous workout, didn't sweat one bit, was very disappointed - will try again next week!!
