Update 2021: I decided to get another one of these rugs to replace the one I bought in 2019 (original review below). Not because it was ruined or anything but just because I wanted to update my space. The previous one was washed several times without any issues. I have two basset hounds that have scratched at it and slept on it and it has held up after all this time. This time I chose the black one and as you can see from the picture it is just as beautiful. These rugs are so affordable and durable. I have no regrets! I moved the one I purchased in 2019 to the bench on my front porch. So I am still getting some use out of it just in another space.2019: This rug is absolutely perfect! It is a beige and gray color which goes perfect with the boho theme I am trying to accomplish. It was a little bigger than I thought but that is not a problem. The pattern matches a tapestry wall hanging that I got recently for my living room (from Amazon). So it subtlety ties the rooms together. Just about everything in this picture is from Amazon. The macrame I am using as a window valance, the fake plant on the sink, the olive oil container I am using for my dish soap and the live snake plant off in the corner. Amazon has been a great source of decor items for my house.😁

I bought 2 of these to place on the floor on opposite sides of my King Size bed. I wasn't expecting the rugs to be fancy because I'm going for a "boho" aesthetic.. I gave 4 stars because the painted on design was splotchy. My cat barfed on one, and I threw it in the washing machine and dryer on HIGH- the barf washed out, not even a stain - although the paint faded a little bit. I actually prefer the way the washed rug looks over the other one now... these are not fancy high quality rugs, but much better than my dingy, brown, worn out apartment carpet. They are cotton and easy to clean. The tassels are nice, and have NOT unraveled or frayed over several weeks of daily use, or washing/drying.
