Excellent rug that adds a pop of color to my room. Soft underfoot and just as I expected. Great value for the price and the informal rustic appearance is exactly the style I was looking for.

I ordered the beige. It is not beige, more of a light straw color, but it was perfect for my cabin. There was a slight smell as I unwrapped it, but it didn't last long.

This rug is good quality, heavy and soft, and really nice colors. A great value all around. One thing is that it came extremely stinky and airing it out/Febreze didn't do the trick. Trying to run it through the washing machine now to see if that helps.

I REALLY wanted to love this rug.. and I do.. but just doesn't work for my situation.. I live on a dirt road with a dirt driveway.. in florida.. which is basically a giant sand bar.. and I have 2 dogs.. I go thru vacuums yearly because of all the sand that gets sucked up.. The rag rug has a lot of ends sticking up.. and while it's not a big deal in a rag rug, per se, my vacuum gets stuck and wraps up the ends.. and pulls more up.. even when I put it on the highest setting.. (the robot vac too) I suppose if I was willing to just use the suction hose on it all the time.. (or pay a maid to, lol) I would love it.. it's a great size with bright colors and even a little plush compared to the flat nothing rugs they sell now.. so .. If you want a large colorful rug.. and you don't normally have to vacuum the area often.. this might be just what you need.. I've moved it to the porch after 3 months..

RugsDotCom is a wonderful company to deal with. I love the rag rug. The picture of the rug I purchased is the same as what arrived. A true representation of the color. The fringe on both ends of the rug is the perfect length. Just long enough to show, not long enough to knot up. It is a terrific rug.

I ordered yellow. Received a burnt brown and orange color. Contacted the seller and was informed I would be contacted to arrange a replacement. Never heard from anyone. It’s currently sitting folded up in my laundry room because I refuse to put it out in my house as my overall theme is navy and yellow or navy and red and orange just doesn’t work. Honestly, I hate orange. The rug has potential, seems to be well constructed, but I’ll never know the durability as it will never be used. Kinda sucks.

Excellent value for price, beautiful rug. Light, easy to clean. Use it in the kitchen, clean it very often and it maintains the nice color.

I originally left a poor review after finding that the rug was not, in fact, 100% cotton. I have too many skin sensitivities to risk the irritation from contact and I let the company know of my disappointment.In response, they corrected their listing to be completely transparent and went above and beyond in customer service. I’m absolutely impressed with the company’s customer service and would recommend them anytime.
