Good quality but finishing needs improvement
The quality of the bands are good,but the grip finishing needs improvement and company also provide the door ankle buffer for upper body exercise.

Its very short in length
Not satisfied with the item. Because the length of the tube is very short. Once I returned the item and requested for new one with longer than the earlier one. But unfortunately I receivd the same item which is very short for a person of my height.
