Nice and sharp
I was quiet surprised by the weight of these knives when I opened them. I was expecting the knives to be light and flimsy. I immediately had to cut some produce to test each knife. Each knife cut so smooth and nice. I bought these to put in our guest house kitchen for guests, but I think I will keep them in my main kitchen and put my older, dull knives in the guest kitchen.
