Beware of the squeak!! I love the look, design and feel of this shoe, but for the cost, it should not squeak, and it does. The first few wears, they were comfortable, stylish and my new go-to - with casual pants, jeans and even a few dresses. By about the 5th wear, they started to squeak. Now with every step I take, there is an annoying squishing sound that alerts anyone within earshot that I am coming, and I find myself not wanting to reach for them. I don't know if this a defect with my particular shoe or the way they are made, but it's a shame and now I'm stuck with an expensive shoe that I initially loved, but now dread wearing. Also, I'm typically a tried and true 7 1/2, but this shoe runs large in the toe box.

These shoes were such a disappointment. I bought them for a trip so I would have something that was nice looking and comfortable. They definitely delivered on comfort, but the shoe split apart from the sole only a couple of days into the trip. Since they were the main shoes I packed, I glued them together several times to make it through the trip, and returned them when I got home. Not impressed with the defective craftsmanship of these shoes!

This is my third pair of Josef Seibel sneakers but the first "Caren" style. They fit like a glove and the leather is so soft I feel like I'm wearing slippers. The yellow is a nice bit of color (and a nice change from my usual black or brown). I wear a size 6 and ordered the 37 (6-6.5) and they are a perfect fit. They are worth every penny. I highly recommend these shoes!

The back of the shoe gouges into your achilles - to the point that not even socks, moleskin, or bandaids will keep you from bleeding after a 15 minute walk in them. We tried all of these things, and they just resulted in new blisters on my ankle. We tried breaking the heel in. Nothing. Tremendous waste of money.

Josef Seibel brand fashion sneaker are comfortable and fit well. My foot isn’t extra wide but I do need a little bit wider shoe than average and Josef Seibel shoes comfort width help with that issue. I have several pair to wear with jeans and capris throughout the year.

Great casual sneaker in a versatile dull silver, which is extremely comfortable and supportive right out of the box. The leather inner sole allows for wear without socks, my preference for this shoe.

I love the color. The quality is great. I can’t wait to wear them out of the house. I bought a few months ago just as the Pandemic hit. I haven’t gone out much since.

Perfect white tennies for summer. I bought 3 others and all sent back until this one. Stylish and european. Get many compliments.
