Costco was out, so were other stores. This was a great find and deal.

I wouldn't normally give a negative review but I specifically asked about the expiration date and was told 03/2023. Product showed up with an expiration date of 11/2022. Unfortunate that this is the case. Maybe it was an accident but it's not what I was told.

The amount? No way to figure that out, by what it says - "(Pack of 8) (3 Pack)"! Is that 8 cups or 24? For 8 - it's a horrible price, but for 24 it's pretty good! The actual product is pretty good, I've gotten this twice before, so they must have changed the add or I was a better prognosticator (fortune-teller) then. I usually mix it with beef or chicken broth, and it's pretty good! (microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes). Let sit for 2 minutes, stir in the flavoring oil, try not to get too much on you, when you "slurp" it up. Feel free to add in canned mushrooms, or spices (to taste) or even a little ham or chicken chunks (depending on what flavor broth you used) if you have them (AFTER you microwave it!). It's pretty good! Their Snapdragon Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen Cups are pretty good too!

I've tried several cooking method variations (according to packaging) but cannot get the noodles to cook in the provided directions time. I tried a longer microwaving time for my 3rd try and just ended up with broth all over the bottom of the microwave and still way too firm noodles.The flavor is also just... bland. I am definitely not buying this brand again.
