One of the best cook book series you can buy. Every recipe I've prepared have been great.

Unusual recipes using mostly fruit. Each recipe is broken down which is very useful. I liked the fact that each recipes had a colour photo of the dish although there was too much black & white photography also included, which would have benefited from colour shots. Very useful weights & Measures conversion chart as well as a detailed Dessert Terms page. Precise measurements are detailed regarding mould/parchment or tin size which is essential for patisserie. Have not made anything from this book yet but definitely looking forward to experimenting.
