The best!!!!
I've been wearing the KEEN Utility Men's Vista Energy Mid Height Composite Toe Work Boots for over a year now, and as someone who weighs 300 pounds and spends 10 hours a day on my feet in a warehouse, these have been an absolute game-changer. They are incredibly lightweight yet durable, offering the perfect combination of comfort and reliability. While I did swap out the insoles for a bit more support, these boots are still going strong, showing no signs of wear. I’m so impressed that I’m planning to buy another pair this year. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable
Hey everyone. I really do like these work boots. I used them on a daily basis from Monday to Friday and occasionally on Saturdays (OT 😉), 8 hours or longer a day. I worked them hard. I prefer these to actual work boots only because of the cushion. They’ve got that hiking boot feeling, are very lightweight (unlike the usual work boots), and ride low to the ground. I don’t like boots that sit high. I work in the electrical department so the added carbon fiber toe protection is an added bonus for me.Personally, I thought those eyelet shoe lace inserts were gonna fall apart but as you can see in the pics, they outlasted the bottom sole. And that’s the drawback. The outer sole of the shoes started getting unglued almost 10 months after I bought them which was a huge drawback. I really like these boots. I liked them so much I decided to glue them back on myself. Obviously, that didn’t last; not even a week. If somehow they used the stitch method of most work boots they’d probably last longer, but that’s just wishful thinking. In hindsight, I did use these boots in the rain, so maybe that’s what caused the soles to unglue, but you’d think that with a product like KEEN, they’d get this right. I wouldn’t mind spending a little more for this added benefit. So keeping all this in mind, I decided to buy another pair and give it another shot. The comfort of these boots for me, outweighs the unglued soles. Go figure. Hope you have better luck with these than I do.

Nice and light
Pros: My son bought these for work. He loves how light they are. They offer the protection on a steel toe but not nearly as heavy. (He can even play sports in them). He works near water and his feet are never wet, even after a long day!Cons: They are a bit stiff at first and took a while longer than expected to break in, but did.Final verdict: Will 100% buy again!

Very comfortable boots
I wear 4e shoes/boots and have always had issues finding anything with a wide enough safety toe. They usually wear holes in my socks within a few hours. First time wearing them ended up being a 12 hour shift with well over 4 miles walked and no issues at all.

These used to be good
I bought a pair of these spring of 2022 and used them the entire year with zero issues. I absolutely loved them. The 3 previous years were Keen Targhee lows and they were always good but I liked the extra safety of the composite toes of the Vistas. They're lightweight, extremely comfortable walking on concrete/asphalt all day, and held up for a full year. I bought another pair spring of 2023 because I liked them so much. Obviously something with manufacturing changed because the sole started separating within the first week in multiple places. Sent pics to Keen's warranty dept but they were next to no help. They might have a 1 year warranty but good luck getting them to honor it. I basically just kept super gluing the soles everywhere they kept separating and now I'll never buy one of their products again. A good product says a lot about a company but how you handle your mistakes says more about a company and they failed miserably.

light boot, open-mesh top, 0 water resistance
A comfortable boot but walking through morning dew on grass will get your feet soaking wet. While not advertised as being water-resistant, you get more water resistance from soft-top sneakers. One can poke through the open mesh with random twigs layout about the ground.Main pro is how comfortable they wear but wet feet first thing in the morning will make for a miserable day.Am disappointed in myself for overlooking the water-resistance feature when boot shopping.
