According to the results my mutation was as bad as it can get. She also told me about prescription methyl folate and how the insurance company wouldn’t cover it but it would be worth paying for out of my own pocket.When I got home, the first thing I did was some research on the internet, which led me to this product. I was so eager to get it, I paid for two-day shipping, something I’ve never done before. My wife was likewise anxious for me to try this out.I was amazed. I still am. I have energy like never before. My mood, everything, has changed. I’ve lost 11 pounds in less than two weeks. I’m motivated and exercising again. I’m now at the end of week 3 and I don’t eat near as much as I used to. It is hard to put my finger on it, but I’ll eat a plate of food and instead of going back for 2nds, 3rds, or even 4ths, I’m like “Meh, I’ve had enough. I’m not hungry anymore.”At about the 4th day, I had to cut back a bit, as this stuff was giving me too much energy and a slight headache/dizzy feeling. For a few days, I’d break the capsule in half, and mix one half with water and drink it, and the next day I’d do the same with the other half. I did that for 4 days, and now I take one capsule a day, although I skipped day before yesterday, as I felt like I had so much energy I didn’t need one. If you think you are having adverse effects, I say “don’t give up”, but take less, or try skipping days.Something else I’ve discovered, is that even though I have tons of energy now, I sleep well at night. At first I was afraid this product would give me insomnia, but it did not. Sleeping has always been an issue for me and I’ve had to take medication to ensure that I stay asleep. Now, I have energy until its bed time, and miraculously, I’ll fall asleep around 10:30pm and stay that way. NICE! Maybe that’s a side effect of the hour-long workouts I’m currently doing.I’m currently telling/prodding some of my family members about this stuff. Everyone should be as happy as I am right now.

I am giving this a lower rating because it doesn't work as well for me as another brand I have purchased and while the cost is the same per bottle, you have to take more of them so ends up actually costing more.

My husband and I both take this supplement but for different reasons.My Husband has MTHFR and peripheral neuropathy (nerve pain). A lot of over-the-counter meds cause his peripheral neuropathy to worsen. Medications, foods and drinks with extra colors or preservatives cause it to increase as well.This supplement with methylfolate works well for him. It doesn't have any fillers or preservatives that cause the neuropathy to worsen.I also know that his body absorbs and digests the methylfolate in this because if he takes too much, he gets anxious and other typical side-effects from too much methylfolate. So I would say that this version, 5-MTHF, is easily digestible and the right amount for him.I on the other hand do not have the mutation, but take it it because I found that it really helps my energy levels and my immune system from colds. I'm told it is also great for the body, including cellular repair, brain memory, and good blood flow. This is a good brand and I am very pleased with it.Right now, we both take 1 of these a day.I recommend this product to anyone, and it will continue to be part of our daily routine.

Sorry but this product give me serius allergic. I have took "Methyl Folate 5-MTHF" only and this was not problem but maybe the others component produce me rash and other allergic symptoms

Have only been using this product for about two weeks but I have started to see and feel an improvement in reducing the stress level especially. As a result, I have a steady increase in energy.

Be aware that even though 3 bottle are shown, as if it is a 3-package, that you get only one. Deceptive.
