Good product so far, however
I was under the assumption that this was a brand new, unopened card. This was clearly opened previously. I didn't see any signs of use, and it was extremely clean, but it was missing the protective covering on the slot, the antistatic seal was broken, and there was no taped ends on the box. The card appears to be genuine and works fine(only received it yesterday). I'm not unsatisfied so to speak, but I just really hope this card hasn't been used and abused, cleaned, sealed and resold.

A decent upgrade for my gaming pc
I've had a gaming pc that I built myself for a few years now and, with all the new games being released now a days, it was time to finally start upgrading it. I was looking to try a Radeon graphics card for the first time since I was used to NVIDIA ones. When it comes to looks, it fits really well into my build and looks great with everything else. It was a bit noisier than I would have liked and I even made sure it wasn't just due to overheating. It did end up giving me more FPS in some of my favorite games which was very noticeable. I might stick with NVIDIA in the future but this was overall not a bad purchase and might recommend to someone looking for an upper end Radeon graphics card.

Notice the price tag
Initially bought it thinking it was msrp. Turns out it is. But for almost 500 more than AMD’s or original version? (499 vs 959)That’s crazy. I’m essentially paying for resell at msrp. For that I’m going to take off 2 stars but I do like the design of it. Really want to give it zero dollars for the value category but it is what it is

Go with another brand.
The thermals on this are not impressive. This is the hottest 6700 XT I've purchased. It's about 5 - 10 C higher than all the other cards I've tested. All the XFX models with 3 fans perform better. This is supposed to come with a 3-year warranty, if you register it within 30 days of purchase. However, you cannot register it because Gigabyte's registration/RMA servers have been down for months due to a hack. Good luck getting an RMA if this card dies. I'd go with another brand.

Pretty good
I replaced my gigabyte 5600xt for this and it was night and day difference. The 12 GB of vram compared to 6 just seperated it. Only problem is if I try to over clock it it crashes my computer. I believe it has to do with the adrenaline software. The fans when kicked on high are super noisy. The card stays cool enough it doesnt have to be on ok high very long. Love it. The price was too high but we all know pricing in gpus are way to high right now.

Gigabyte Software Is Trash
As far as performance, the GPU is great. As far as gigabyte software, it's absolute garbage. VGA and RGB Fusion both look like they were designed in 2003 by a guy who had very little experience in his field. RGB Fusion consistently crashes my GPU and I finally just completely removed the software. So now I have a GPU that performs great, but with RGB that can't be controlled.

Would have been great at MSRP
So my GTX980 Finally died and I had little choice but to purchase this at the time. It was poorly priced for what MSRP for the stock product is but the world situation and scalpers is what caused that. The product itself is pretty good and I've had no issues with it.
