Although they say "Black does not crack", it definitely aches! LOL!! I was having problems with knee pain and I took a combination of the Joint Support and the Heart Health. After about three days, I suddenly realized that my knees were no longer hurting! Good stuff!!

I have taken many omega supplements, but this one is the absolute best. My lab results show the effectiveness.

I didn't feel the desired effect. It may be that other people have felt it but I don't recommend it. Furthermore, the quantity of capsules is few and the price is not satisfactory.

I am very pleased to see these items on Amazon. I have been using them for years. I am 87 years old , because I have been using them for a long time I have no aches or pains in joints and muscles, and to find them on Amazon saves me money and adds convenience and it is a double whammy!
