Podiatrist recommended and I never heard of them. So glad I got them
I have never heard of this brand but a new podiatrist recommended them for my arches, which are flatter after many miles of running/walking. The other brand he recommended was 4 times as expensive, very well known, and ugly, IMHO. The price was certainly great; the sole does not bend, which is what the doctor wanted. The style is like a flip flop so I don't look like hippie from the 70s. I got the black napa which is a matte leather and goes with everything. I'm a 7N and got the 7 which on the bottom is marked 7M. However the strap has two narrower holes and 2 wider ones to fit people with different widths. I used one notch tighter and they fit fine over my arch. And they stay firmly on my feet. As a flip flop style, it feels kind of funny between my toes in March, as I have not worn flip flops since last September. But I wanted to get this good review out quickly, so did not wait to break them in. The cork sole is just so comfortable that I want to stand a lot. Now the price!! I can afford to buy a few other colors later in the spring. These do not feel cheap at all, and maybe tells you the markup on the other brand of sandals. I REALLY like these!!

Sandals are just average
The sandals are just average and do not appear to be quality (may be due to white color) but will see how they wear. In fairness, the price reflects the quality of the sandal. They were received quickly.

Too big
I am 6.5 or 7 for my sandals and shoes. However this one is too big. It’s strange how it turned out bigger when my feet normally size 6.5-7. I like it but I have to return it.

Short in length
These are very cute and comfortable but they're very short in the length. I ordered my normal size and they were so short, my foot barely fit them. So I returned them and ordered a size up and while there's a little more length my foot still barely fits on the bed of the shoe.

Nice sandal
Great color and very comfortable. I only have worn them 2 times so far, so we will see how sturdy they are , but so far happy with my purchase.

Great for everyday wear
These are now my go to shoes. The fit scale was right on for sizing. The price was right, and you can't beat the comfort. Great slip on.

The Elephant in the Room--Versus Birkenstock's Gizeh
I purchased a pair of the Leah sandal in Whiskey, size 8.5 regular width. They compare with a pair of Birkenstock's thong-style sandals which I purchased several years ago (the Gizeh) as follows: Sizing: I wear a 39 narrow width in Birkenstocks, but I am consistently a regular B width in all other shoes (New Balance, Merrell, Vionic, Clark). The regular width of the Leah fits me perfectly and seems to be a true B width. The A-B narrow width of my Gizehs are a smidge narrower, and my foot does come too close to the edge in certain spots. The size 8.5 in the Leah corresponds well with Birkenstock's size 39. Comfort: The Leah is very soft and comfortable with no breaking-in period necessary as with the firmer Birkenstock original footbed found in the Gizeh. The biggest difference between the two shoes is the heel drop. The Leah does not have the negative heel drop which is Birkenstock's signature characteristic. This means that the Leah's more conventional arch support and heel cushioning puts your heel almost level with the ball of your foot. Its hard to see in the ad photos, but the Leah has a puffy heel cushion which is slightly raised above the footbed which ( I believe) is intended to help you if your heels get sore while you walk. If you have plantar fasciitis you may like this. Birkenstock's are known to have a "deep" heel cup which makes you feel as if your heel is slightly lower than your arch and puts the weight of your foot down on your heels a bit-- its distinctive -- molded as if you are walking on a sandy beach feel. I have severe ball of foot pain, metatarsalgia, and find the Birkenstock firm support a bit better for my purposes. Which feel you prefer depends on personal preference. Quality/value: I was wowed by the quality of the Leahs. They do have real suede on the foot bed and the cork seems to be of equal quality to my Birkenstocks. The faux leather uppers of the Leah are breathable and of comparable quality to the Birko-Flor uppers. In fact, the strap on the Leah has more buckle holes than the Birkenstock allowing me to buckle the Leah to hug my foot better than the Birkenstocks. I rate the Leah as very good to excellent in cushioning and value and am happy with my purchase.

Nice
Nice, soft and comfortable but a bit wide for my slim feet, once I walked a bit too fast and one of them came out and went flying. Not a Brkstk replacement at all since this one’s have a velvety insole and are lighter, just different comfort.

Just like Birkenstock
Good copy of Birkenstock. But find the toe post a little flimsy and it folds up when wearing.

A great sandal
This sandal is very comfortable and worthy of your serious consideration. Your foot will smoothly slide into the sandal bed easing your toes into position. The sandal is soft with plenty of cushioning for your foot. Great product.
