This knife is my favorite in my growing collection of daily use Classic knives. Handles almost every task in the kitchen, I have the 7" and it chops anything accurately and with ease, and then acts as a transfer tool to move the chopped items where they need to go...Hefty blade at the heel (back), where it even has the heft to cut through smaller bones...ergonomic and balanced, a beautiful tool...even handles raw boneless chicken and beef with command... just don't let the kids use it and throw it in the sink with all their other dirty dishes!I have pointed few for your help.+ Pros: Balance, Durable, Easy to Clean, Easy to Use, Quality, Shape, Sharpness, Size, Strength, Versatile, Light Weight- Cons: kids not appreciating what it is and it comes with a gifting box instead of storing one

What a lovely set of knives. The printed pattern on the blades is lovely. The handles are comfortable and they wrap the full tang of the knives and are held in place with rivets.The knives are decently sharp, right out of the giftable box.I prefer my knives to be surgically sharp so I honed them with a steel and the blades took the new edge beautifully.The paring knife, santuko, chef, and cooking knives are nicely shaped and made.

These knives are a great value and are crafted with quite a lot of skill and concern for the final product. After receiving these and having the opportunity to look closer, I was very pleased with all aspects of the knives. Very nice patterns on the steel, well shaped, thickness, weight and balance nice, grip very ergonomic and comfortable. The Japanese steel used can probably compete with Damascus steel. The layering is very beautiful and the collection is very nice in the difference types of knives. I will probably buy another one for the simplicity and the low price point.

I finally got myself a Damascus knife set and I’m so glad I did. This knife set comes with all the basic knives I needed for my slicing needs. The Damascus design is slight etched into the steel but not too much where the food will get stuck in the grooves.The wooden box they came in is gorgeous and it has a nice buckle to close it. What I like most about the knives is that they have a full metal tang which means the metal runs all the way down the handle. My other knives don’t have full tang and they had to be soldered back together.The design is nice with the three side smooth rivets by the wooden handle

I was recently looking for some knifes to replace the bigger ones in our knife block. I surfed around for a bit looking at a few blocks but we really liked our block and the rest of our knifes so we didn't want to replace the whole thing. I stumbled on to these knifes an we decided to give them a try. The black handle matched our set and the finish on them is amazing. We uses them every night when cooking and they are so sharp compared to my older set. The value for what you get here is great so dont be afraid to buy if you are on the fence.

I’ve use them for everything from meat, cutting through bones, to a delicate tomato. And I’m impressed with how it can cut through something really hard but also slice through a delicate tomato without squishing it. I’m happy with the quality of these.

Beautiful set of knives that were very sharp. I sliced through grapes and tomatoes without squishing them. I like the weight and the handles, it's very comfortable to hold and use. They feel very solid and sturdy. The knives came in a beautiful wooden box. Everything was well packaged, nothing was loose, all the knives were nestled in their spots. These were as good as my Wustof knives, I was pleasantly surprised.

The chef’s knife is not really heavy and easy to use ,The two Asian style knife are easy to cut some vegetables and pork .The fruit knife just like normal knifeThe long knife I try to cut fish but not easy , I may don’t know how to cut fish , LOL.
