I purchased the 50 ft hose. I had a different brand of expanding hose before this one. I liked it but after a year the inner hose burst. So far I like yours too but I find that the hose tends to slowly shrink while I'm depressing the sprayer handle then re-expands gradually when I let up on the sprayer, the hose refilling itself. The previous hose didn't do that. Seems a bit strange to me but I can manage it by periodically stopping the spray. That's the reason for the 4 rating. Like the color, looks like a snake.I keep it inside a large ceramic pot when not in use so it doesn't fry in the sun. I did that with the previous one too, hopefully yours will last longer.

When I first received this hose I loved it, but after using it for a month the covering on the outside started to fray. I really didn't think too much about until the next time I turned it on and it burst like a balloon. Very disappointing for the price and the length of time it lasted!

We had one of these hoses and loved it so much we bought one for my Daughter. Our hose broker after less than 3 weeks and come to find out my Daughter's hose failed within days. We were both using the 150' version.How disappointing! I had such high hopes for these ... but alas. They both failed.I am returning mine and cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hose.

Effortless! No more struggling with an unwieldy hose! Lightweight, easy to roll and unroll, and takes up very little room on our small patio. Have read reviews and am careful about slowly turning the water on to avoid any sudden increase in pressure- have had no problems with the sturdy outer material or brass fittings thus far. Bought a second expandable hose 2 weeks later! And the customer service is absolutely phenomenal!

Lasted a week maybe less the hose itself it's so fragile so I guess just watering and walking with it gave it a hole.Seriously what a waste of money.This is my 4th one I'm done with expandable hoses I tried all the brands.Going back to the good old fashioned durable rubber hose.I rather lug the weight then waste my money again and again.

I recently received my new expandable hose and am very happy with it. It is light and easy to use. I cannot attest to the long term performance, but based on my first week of use I could not be happier with the hose. All connections work well & I like the sprayer that was included.

This hose worked great for the 2 months i had it. Great price and worked as advertised. However, it broke after 2 months. The first hose i bought was the 100 ft version and thankfully broke before the return period expired. So buyer beware, great hose qhen it works but the quality is not made to last
