Duda en cabezas de diamante por entrega en mal estado
No llego con empaque. La caja venía rota y abierta (anexo foto tal cual se recibió). Por lo mismo tengo desconfianza con las cabezas de diamante. Manejan repuestos?

Love, love, love!!
I love this product! I got it in less than 2 business days, without having a prime account. I’ve tried a lot of facial and microdermabrasion products before but none of them worked as consistently as this one. It came with 3 different interchangeable “heads” for different skin types which I liked a lot, considering my skin is extremely sensitive. After about a week of using it, I noticed positive results. Clearer skin, less acne and blackheads for a very affordable price. I now don’t have to spend roughly $80 every six weeks for a facial because I’m able to do it in my home, myself. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

Easy to use and set up; nice home microdermabrasion kit.
I got this through the Amazon Vine program to review. I have never used a home microdermabrasion (or even had a professional session somewhere). This was pretty easy to use. The instructions aren't all that detailed but the device is pretty simple to use.The unit comes with the vacuum portion which has a hose attached, a metal stylus like tube, and then three heads to attach to the stylus. To use it you have to make sure one of the small filters is in the end of the rubber tube. Then you push the stylus onto the tube end and pick a head to push onto the stylus. The three heads included are: one standard, one for sensitive skin (has less abrasive on it), and one for detail work. There is a diagram in the directions showing you which direction to pull the skin while you do microdermabrasion. The directions also state that you shouldn't go over skin more than once to avoid irritation (although I did and didn't notice any additional irritation). You should do this on clean skin. I tried both the sensitive skin and standard head. You do get more abrasion from the standard head. You basically run this along your skin. The head "sands off" any dead skin cells and sucks them into the tube. While you are doing this the head of the stylus is sucked up against your skin as you move the abrasive head along it. Afterwards you should apply a moisturizer to hydrate your skin. It took me about 5-10 minutes to do my whole face.I had some issue with the head loosing suction with my skin and realized that I was dragging it across my skin too fast. I ended up having to use the detailed head for around my nose, eyes, and mouth. I've used it once a week for the last few weeks and haven't noticed any marked change in my skin. I normally use an exfoliating scrub each day, so that might be why I am not seeing much difference. For maintenance you do have to check the filter and make sure it's not dirty or clogged. Many additional filters are included with the kit. You can also rinse out the filters with warm water, let them dry, and reuse them.Overall this was very easy to use and included all the information needed to get it working well. I would recommend if you are interested in being able to do home microdermabrasion. I will continue to do weekly treatments over the next couple months and see if I notice any additional improvements.

Leaves skin smooth, but...
I have never had a microdermabrasion treatment before so I don't have anything to compare this device to. However I watched a dozen YouTube videos and read several webpages on how to do it and what to expect. The instructions it comes with are very basic. It is very easy to setup and use, however I had a lot of questions before using it for the first time and even more questions after using it the first time, especially since the instructions caution several times against going over the same area of skin twice. I was so nervous that I might accidentally do that. I emailed the company to try to get some answers, and here are some of their replies: when is the best time to do it, before or after a shower? Use anytime just wash face before and after. What sort of product should I put on after using it? Wash face after and apply a moisturizer. Why do I have so much dead skin left on my face after using it, should the device suck it up? Most dead skin should be sucked up. Do the heads leave behind crystals that need to be washed off the face after using the device? No. Do the heads wear down and need to be replaced? Yes, after a couple of years if they are worn they can be replaced, depending on how often it is used.I have used it now 5 times. The last time I used it, I used the most abrasive head on the highest setting and I feel like I finally noticed a difference after using it. My skin was definetly smoother, however there really wasn't that much dead skin in the filter after using it. Also, after reading a lot of reviews on other microdermabrasion machines offered on Amazon I really don't feel like this machine offers the same results. People say other machines really extract stuff from your pores and remove so much dead skin that it is evident when you check the filter. I had high expectations of this really cleaning out my pores, but I feel like I get about the same results using my philips facial brush (similar to a clarasonic). Since I did have some results using this device I am going to keep trying it and playing around with it. I tested it on my sons upper arms where he has some Keratosis pilaris and it made it noticibly smoother. Also, I have very sensitive skin and never had any redness or irritation even on the highest setting. From reading other reviews on different machines I also found some people wash the filters so you can reuse them which is what I have been doing. Lastly, I don't think it's a big deal if you go over an area more than once. I sometimes lost suction on parts of my face and had to try a few times and didn't have any problems.
