If you build or upgrade PC's you definitely need this little kit. I was installing NVMe drives on an MSI motherboard and noticed that the standoff mounts were not present. Luckily I had this kit which has the correct necessary parts I needed. Well worth the small cost.

The tiny M.2 NVME screws are the most difficult thing to find since you only get 1-2 with a new motherboard and storage vendors don't include them at all with new NVME modules. If you loose them, which is easy to do, they are almost impossible to find locally so these are great to have around if you tinker with building or repairing PCs often. Personally I wish it came with more screws and less of the other stuff since I have those standoffs and small screwdrivers but it provided what I needed.

My motherboard came with a toolless clip for the M.2 drive, which I managed to damage. I think regular screws are more secure anyway. Amazon sells a lot of similar kits. But this one was available with early morning delivery and I wanted to get my computer fixed this morning. It doesn't have a lot of each size. If you do this often you might need a bigger kit. But if you just need to fix one computer and maybe have some spare for the future, this should do you.Note that they don't all have the same thread. I guess different motherboards use different threads. I first tried to use standoff with the wrong thread and of course it didn't fit. Then I got the right one and it worked perfect.I like that the screws have a little larger head than some M.2 screws have. This is good.It even came with 3 brass standoffs typically used for motherboard installation. Not sure why but I guess it didn't hurt.EDIT: After upgrading/fixing my computer, I decided to upgrade my wife's. And I had the same problem a second time, bad toolless M.2 clip. I still had leftovers from this kit, so I fixed two computers with this one kit and still have leftovers. Seems like a deal to me.

My first time installing the m.2 SSD (samsung 990 pro), I realized that I am missing a mounting screw which goes into the motherboard (MSI B650). The package comes with a couple of different types of screws, one pair worked on my motherboard. With this I was able to successfully install and mount the SSD. Word of advice for other beginners, do get a screw with magnetic tip for this. The screws are very small and it was extremely difficult to screw it into the socket. I think a tweezer would work too.
