Don't buy these motors - most of the time they don't workI bought 19 motors; of the first 7 I installed, 3 do not work - all stopping stop at 90% openThe remote controls are very cheap & flimsy - there are no instructions and the instructions that come with the blinds are not for these remotesI challenge you to actually get the battery in, let alone get them to pair with the blinds (using the false method in the blind instructions)

I have bought two of these motors, the first one bought with the Zigbee control dongle thinking it would work with my Amazon Echo devices. Guess what, it didn't although it was seen by Alexa as a switch it did nothing so a big rap on the knuckles for Amazon not fully integrating Zigbee on their devices. So I bought a Zigbee hub and the set up was straightforward with the Tuya app, however the range of control is relatively limited; open fully, close fully via Google or Alexa (blind on or blind off) with no other settings available. The remote is able to set the blind fully open, fully closed and at 75%, 50 % and 25%.Because I was happy with the first motor a second one was ordered, this time with the wireless dongle (I ordered a second dongle so I could remove the Zigbee side of it and operate both blinds wirelessly) Delivery was quite quick despite it coming from China and close to Christmas. Again set up was easier this time because it was the second time round. Reset the Zigbee operated blind to the Wireless one and all OK. Still limited control but it does work with Alexa and Google. I passed my thoughts on to the supplier about the control side of things, they replied that they would pass my comments onto the developers, so let's see what happens (not holding my breath). They were supplied with a good long usb charging cable too.All in all I am happy with these motors, they are a good time and labour saver plus I am able to operate them through the app by scheduling times to operate or wirelessly from anywhere I happen to be
