It’s a classic roller very rigid foam. I’ve had the 18 inch version for years just now upgraded to this one. It will last you a decade.I’d say a foam roller is the old reliable of doing pt/recovery for yourself

Very happy with this. Had a less firm roller before for several years; it became a bit 'squashed'. This one is much better - nice and firm, and doesn't feel like it will ever get compressed or wear out. Been using it for a number months now - all good.

Produto bem resistente e bonito. Na minha opinião seria mais útil se fosse uns 15cm mais longo para poder manipulá-lo no curso da aplicação. Perfeito para liberação miofascial e "colocar" a coluna no lugar.
