I was going to return this item because the board measured 5 7/8 inches wide and not 6 inches as advertised. Here is their response to my request. ordered 2 one was (.240) thick and the other was .191 thick (much closer to 3/16.
i would have expected both pieces to be the same. when paying almost $40 for a 6"X48" piece of wood i would expect much more consistency.
