White House is crooked & liquid is very cloudy.Purchased as a Christmas present or would have returned.

No tune and large
The little handle on the bottom twists but no sound comes out. It is much larger than a standard snow globe - a bit bigger than I had hoped. Wish I could send it back, but we gave it as a gift to people from out of town before we realized it didn’t work.
