PowerBear HTC One M7 External Battery Charge Case - Black (Go Beyond Your Power)

So I have been using this item for a few weeks now and it works great. The power is there when I need it. I don't always drain my battery, but when I do I have my PowerBear to get me through.I bought this to give me extra power when traveling. It does fit my M7 Verizon HTC One fine. The added size and weight were not a problem. It will charge both at the same time. It charges the phone and then the added battery pack when you plug it in and set the phone to charge mode. It definitely helps me get through the day with my phone. My biggest gripe is the volume button which I had to remove. It kept depressing the volume key on the phone which was very touch any way. I now have to use a my finger nail or something else to change the volume on the side of the phone. This is a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker as I usually change the volume from settings anyway. I do note that when charging the phone from nearly dead it helps it get through till I get home but does not put a full charge back on it. Then again it could just be the phone which has a terrible battery reserve after just one year of owner ship. NEVER again will I get an android device without a removable battery. It now dies without warning when it reaches 70-50%. This often comes as a surprise meaning the phone just powers off before I can even turn the auxillary battery on. That's a phone issue though. Overall I'm reasonably satisfied with the product. I'm very dissatisfied with the M7.

Item didn't work when received. I understand defective items are sometimes a potential; however I reached out for the company via phone and e-mail--after much searching for contact information. No response to date. Booo customer service PowerBear. Thank you Amazon for refunding my money. I will take it elsewhere, other than PowerBear for my external battery charge case.

The item in question does not work. Upon close inspection, the battery pack's micro usb adapter which goes into the phone is missing one of the 5 pins in the connection, thus making it impossible to charge the phone. The battery pack in the case itself charges normally though.If this is their idea of a quality product, it leaves a lot to be desired. Based on my own experience as well as all of the other negative reviews, I would NOT buy this product.

I really like this case. Adds about 30-40% of battery to my phone. It's a slow charge, but it is still nice to have. The case is really thick, but I got over it. The kickstand is scrappy and is always falling out, but I didn't buy it for the kickstand. The case is great for charging your phone and protecting it. My friends now also want one. I would recommend this case.

It functions as it's supposed to.Push the button on the back to use it as a little charger. It charges very slowly on an HTC One M7.It's bulky. I don't use it.

This product is a waste of money. As soon as I received this case, I soon found that the case didn't even fit my phone! Then I kept it for a while because of the cases sturdiness and resistence to dropping. The week after I purchased this, the kickstand broke off the case entirely. PowerBear is a waste of money and doesn't deserve to have customers! I they had a 0 star rating, I would use it.

It's the same size and everything, but the plug is too short. Which means I can't plug my M7 phone into it. Design flaw? i think so.
