Great book to log your daily vitals and bring with you to all your appointments. I love the fact there is two sections on each log to write notes. Sufficient space back of the book to write other notes or important dates of surgeries or any other info so you don't forget when, where, or who. What you see in my photos is what you get. Nothing crazy or too fancy... it's simple, to the point, and gets the job done on basic vitals logging. Must have to track your health. I highly recommend this log book.

I purchased this for my husband who needs to keep track of his vitals. My only complaint is that it is bigger then I wanted, I was hoping that it was more the size of a steno tablet. This is notebook size, It is good to record all of his vitals, It serves it's purpose,

I bought this for a friends elderly mother to keep track of her vitals everyday. She says she loves it and is very happy it has a spot for everything. She did say she wished the box for the weight was a little bigger

I bought this to keep track of some of my grandma’s vitals who is on hospice care and this book has been a huge help keeping track of things! You could make your own I suppose but if you’re short on time this is a great buy!

This is nothing special it you have a computer and a word type program of any type you can product the same thing. Don't waste your money

Really handy , clear and easy to use . Presented in simple format that will be easily recognised by medical staff . A huge help if you need to monitor and record obs especially if you have to go to get medical attention and can not communicate or are confused .
