Great Fan. I have it outside on my Patio in ATL.....and this has been one Wet, Humid and Still Summer.....Did I say HOT......it has also been miserably HOT. And this FAN is a Godsend. Very powerful, Moves the Air...Big time.....and Keeps the Mosquitoes away.....for the most part. I have been running this on Low and it is very pleasant.....when we kick it up to High......It is like a Hurricane coming in. It moves alot of air.We have attached the water mister and it works great.....if you are in your bathing suit! We don't use it that often as it is very WET but when you are hot and sweaty and don't mind getting a little more wet.....it is a great feature.

Very disappointed it did not work correctly. Oscillation stopped working within 15 minutes of running. Button that is used to stop and start oscillation would not work and was spinning which it should not do. Returned it for refund. It was easy to put together and seemed very sturdy and was attractive, but is useless if it doesn’t work correctly.

Overall, I pretty satisfied with these fans. I really didn't buy them for the misting option, but rather, for just the fan itself, and the design/look of it. The price was attractive, and strangely, the optional misting feature (which I did not attach) should have increased the price, but seemed to lower it compared to other models by this company without the misting feature. Go figure. The fan assembles fairly easily, though it operates rather loudly. It's a 3-speed fan, and it blows a good hefty amount of air just on the 1st setting. I bought two of these fans to blow the noseeum bugs away from our outdoor patio table during dinner/dusk times. While I wish they operated more quietly, the hefty amount of wind just on the lowest setting enabled me to set them about 10ft back, and they did the job superbly. No more abandoned outdoor dinners due to the bugs. And while the sound was louder than preferred (someone joked it sounded like an airplane), it wasn't over the level of table-conversation, and out of a group of 15 people, they all preferred the fans to the bugs and seemed to converse just fine with two of them running 10ft off the end of the table. Again, I never installed the misting feature as I have no plans for its use, and I was glad I had the option to not install it. Amazon's packing leaves something to be desired. The fan box is packed in a slightly larger cardboard box with a few pieces of inflated air-plastic bags. Both fans had very slight barely noticeable dents in the fan bases, but not significant enough to warrant a return (and its the type of dent where the light has to hit it just right to see it). Also, both fans were missing the small safety screw (though any simple tiny screw with a bolt will suffice, so its an easy part to replace). The fans are beautiful, though smaller than I anticipated. However, they do pack a lot of power, and a setting higher than 1 would have blown the table cloth and napkins out in the yard. They rise up to about table height, which was perfect. The image gives the impression that the fans are taller, so be sure to evaluate the stated height in the description as part of your evaluation. The plug is a GFCI plug to provide added safety; important for outdoor use. And the weight of these fans is light enough to move them back inside after their use for outdoor purposes. The design is why I selected this fan, as opposed to a more industrial type of fan, given its home placement/usage. Considering they look great, operate (almost too well), feel sturdy and appear well built with a metal fan blade and powerful motor, I can overlook the smaller concerns that I have and give it four stars. I would think with the misting option installed and the fan set to its high speed, you could blow mist completely across the yard and water your lawn with it (I'm sorta of joking...but not really). We do have a pool, and someday, I may try the misting feature to see how it works.

Easy to assemble. Built for outdoor use! The ONLY thing to critique is the misting system. The hose needs to at least 10 feet longer. I cannot place the fan in a balanced spot on our patio. Can’t be more than 10 feet from a hose outlet.I have another misting kit I will put on that will make this fan perfect. Congratulations snider improving the misting system.Thanks for listening!

Bought this last minute for a huge party we were having and the temps were in the 90’s with high humidity. We used this fan under the deck where we have a large sectional for people to escape the heat. We did not use the mister. The fan on high speed was quiet enough for conversation and offered relief from the heat. It was simple to assemble and worked perfectly for my needs - the bonus is that it is attractive too!

I applaud Amazon and how fast they ship...we live in Arizona and needed this item to deal with the 100 degree heat on the patio. First off, the assembly instructions booklet is a joke, it was very difficult the understand...especially for a straight-forward fan assembly. During my installation I notice the black water inlet tube that connects to to interior fan mister was broken at the end, I cut the bad/broken area off. The rubber/plastic tube material was very brittle and was just the beginning of my headaches. Once the fan was assembled I place it on my patio and turn it on to a nice cool mist breeze...for about two minutes....the water inlet tube split on the fan side and started spraying water everywhere. I jog back to the main spigot to turn off the water. Cut to broke water inlet tube back and reinstalled it to fan...work for about 30 minutes and the water inlet tube broke again! Fortunately I move the fan closer to the grass, because the amount of water dropping from the fan on to the patio. This time the water inlet tube completely broke off the hose connector side, flooding my grass. For the amount of money this item cost, it's not worth the headache.

So, I bought two of these nice liking made in china fans. As with previous orders, I’ve had quality issues with many of the products from China. So, I’ve called and emailed Decobreeze and the last reply I have is ‘we’ll check if we have extra misters in stocks” that was over a week ago.So, I thi k moving forward I will only buy local, American made. To many quality issues with products.
