I was unsure whether to give this product 3 or 4 stars. Ultimately, I decided to rate it 4 stars because I did like the flavor and it's not filled with unhealthy ingredients. What I didn't like is that I paid $11+ for this product, and when I opened it, it wasn't filled to the top but only half-way filled. I've attached a picture that shows the bag is only filled up to the "Hazelnut" text (where I've placed the black lines). I'm unsure why this product cannot be filled to nearly the top of the bag especially with the cost.I think the two options here is to reduce the cost for the amount received, or to revamp the bag so it shows the amount the buyer will actually receive. I went off of the product picture assuming it would be filled to the top. Other than that, this product has potential and if it wasn't for the above, I would definitely purchase more often.

Once in a while a product comes out and changes the game for the industry and its customers, I hope this is it. We bought Jummy Cocoa for our kids to try something "new", frankly it was a healthier option, which we are not super health conscious, just thought...why not? So, the kids try it (14 and 7 yrs old) and both were happy with the product, so much so that I believe in a weeks time we had to order another package and this time I threw in 2 chocolates and a Mocha, the latter for myself, as a daily coffee drinker (Americano), I thought this might be a good change from that. The mocha... long story short, I now drink a Jummy coffee mocha drink I made up and not a day goes by that I do not have my coffee and Jummy mocha fix in the mornings ( 8oz of coffee, a splash to your liking of milk and a half spoon of Jummy mocha). The other Jummy Chocolate Cocoa we gave to a friend of ours that her grand daughter is a Chocolate milk fiend... 3am, knocks at the bedroom door, "I want Chaulket milk" ( she's two ) type... We told her that it was 40 plus calories less that your average store bought chocolate milk and she went for it, lets just say she called us back upset that her grand daughter now won't drink the other chocolate milk and that she need to have this one ordered on a monthly subscription to make sure she does not run out, as she had 2 days of hell waiting for the order to arrive, while her grand daughter would not drink the other ones they had. As if that was not long enough, did I mention that it is a bunch healthier than the next brand. We are fans of the Jummy Cocoa brand and hope we can see them more readily available (in stores) soon.

This is delicious ! It’s hard to find Horlicks in the USA. I bought this trying to find a cheaper alternative to my mushroom coffee and was so surprised that it has that malt flavor I had loved and missed. I mix it with warm milk and a teaspoon of sweet condensed milk. Mixes easily. Has a thicker texture than hot cocoa, like Swiss miss. I will def buy more.

Been using this in my morning coffee to make mochas and it works quite well. Hot milk, dissolve about 2 tablespoons, add coffee for perfection.

This tastes good, it is chocolatey and rich but so pricey!

First time order with this brand. Upon opening the Caramel Flavor it smelled very strong of caramel but upon drinking the flavor was very mild while chocolate was much more dominating. I did not notice much effects of the Prebiotics. Overall though it was a nice vegan option during the holidays especially with a little candy cane on the side. My partner was mixing it in his morning coffee and afternoon protein shakes so it definitely got used up fast. Like other reviewers, the price feels a bit high for the serving amount but I wouldn't say enough to stop us from trying other flavors in the future when we get a Hot Coco hankering.

The media could not be loaded.  There good , but for size of the bag and the amount inside .. it’s way too expensive . I’ll probably not but it again but the different flavors are fun . I made it last by not sharing and using it in my coffee( I used instant coffee in my video) lol but serving size is 3 tbsp so I used 1 instead of the 3, It says 8 servings on the bag so it’s about right but if my family of 4 are drinking it .. it’s 2 days worth.. so I’ll stick with Castle Kitchen for my vegan hot chocolate . But I’m glad I tried it .

Okay, so I tried several vegan hot chocolate mixes. This is the ONE. I know ppl complain about the price, but again, this is the only one that actually tastes like hot chocolate and does not contain Gar Gum - which gives me a bloated stomach ache. I mixed it with hot water and almond milk (Mooala brand, which also is one of the very few almond milks without Gar Gum on the market, and worth every penny). I'm actually drinking the cup I just took a picture of for this review - it is seriously so good! :)
