Product works but needs a better user experience
The modem cable worked as expected. The Microflex Microlink Professional software was installed with out any problems. The sad part was that it took me 30 minutes of experimentation to finally read data from a Rosemount transmitter. Although the software can read and write parameters to the transmitter I found it very awkward and not intuitive at all. I have developed applications myself and find this user interface needs much simplification.
