MicroLink provides a simple low-cost interface between Highway Addressable Remote Transducer (HART) protocol devices and any computer with an RS-232 serial port. MicroLink was designed to comply with the HART physical layer to ensure device compatibility. Modem power is taken from the PC serial port. MicroLink is compatible with all certified HART devices and all leading HART configuration software that uses an RS-232 serial port for the interface.
