Yes yes yes
Absolutely. Love that I can buy this in bulk with the strips already cut out. The ends tend to roll up a little quicker than name brand but the actual function of the tape is exactly the same with the same benefits. 100% recommend.

Certainly functional, but not stellar.
I have used kenesio tapes for about 4 years now. I am a UPS employee and work hard, and I play hard too. I first used these tapes when I tore a rotator cuff 4 years ago, and now I uses it on my knees, one of which has had surgery. My first experience with this kind of tape was with the KenesioTex Gold. In addition to that brand, I have used Rock Tape, KT Tape (Pro and regular), Mummy Tape, Kinetix, and This one - Therapist's Choice. In addition to my personal experiences, I have taken several kenesio-taping classes to help me learn how to best use this for myself, my family, and my co-workers.The Ad for this tape, on Amazon, says: ..."PRE-CUT into easy-to-apply 10 inch strips..."I" strip, "Y" strip, "X" strip and "Fan" strip..." Further down, it says: "...The 2" design is perfect for your average sized patient and is easy to use for all four of our most common taping strips ("I" strip, "Y" strip, "X" strip and "Fan" strip)..." What it does NOT say is that each of these pieces of tape is cut to a length of 10 inches, and for 3/4 of that length there is also a slit down the middle so that you can splay the two ends apart making a "Y". Without scissors, you would need two of these to make a ridiculously large "X". It would not be possible to make a "fan" without using several pieces or further dividing the arms of the Y with a scissors. Furthermore, the "I" strip is compromised and more difficult to apply as an "I" strip because part of it is divided. It's possible if you are using it "off the tape" (Without any stretch), but as soon as you stretch it, that lengthwise cut opens up and wrinkles funny, making it hard to do if you are not very practiced at it.I Wish that it would have been made clear in picture or in writing that this was the case, I'd have purchased something else. I can use it, because I have the skill, but it is a huge PITA to get it all to lay right the first time. It would have been helpful (and more accurate) for the Ad to say that these are pre-cut "I" strips, pre-split for the "Y" strip applications. As for adhesion, I think that this brand is just about as good as KenesioTex Gold, and better than KT-Tape regular. It is, perhaps not quite as good as KT-Tape Pro, and nowhere near as good as Rock Tape - all applied under the same conditions. I apply it over skin that is shaved clean, and has been rubbed with rubbing alcohol after a good washing. I get 3-4 days out of it in general - fewer if I'm in the pool working out or if it is hot and I am sweating a lot. The corners start peeling about day 2, but I just stick a band-aid over it and it keeps it from getting worse until I'm ready to take the tape off.I find that the support offered by Therepist's Choice tape is about average. It isn't terribly thick, but it does do the job. It provides a nice support, and wears well over 3-4 days. I have had no reactions with this tape - and I have generally sensitive skin. One thing I really like about this brand of tape is the length markings on teh back of the paper. Instead of Advertising or whatever, they have 2-inch markings on the back of the paper, making sizing and cutting to specific lengths very easy. It also makes cutting straight across easy for those of us who are right-angle-challenged with scissors.Incidentally, NO kenesio tape should be left on for more than 4 days, the elasticity breaks down over that time, and besides being less supportive, the skin needs to be free occasionally.3-Stars. They lost a star for slightly less adhesion and strength than other tapes on the market, and another for the advertising glitch in the description.

Not as good as regular KT tape but recommended****
For the price it's not bad. With adhesion spray the tape holds up just like regular KT tape which I would use spray for anyway. It stretches more than regular KT tape so it's not as good but overall it's all right what I buy it again? Probably. ***** Now if you're doing something more than just being up on your feet all day I would say go with regular KT tape. ****So I mean like actual lifting are running for better support on those muscles that you'll be using. but if you're just going to be using it on your knees because you're on your feet all day it works well. or if you have minor things to lift or if you're just standing and you have to support on your back etc. And I suspect that with the adhesion spray that I use since it stays on after I shower it would work in the water as well and it dries quickly unlike regular KT tape so that's a bonus.

Good as thumb tape
I use this for thumb tape when Olympic lifting. Does the job for that. Adhesive isn’t as good as some of the name brand kinesio tapes do not sure how well it would work in that sense, but I like it for my use!

I am a Daily Kinesiology Tape USER - Take it from me!
Ok so I'm writing about the Bulk - Pre Cut Roll in beige.. I have used products, where the colors don't have as good adhesion. I have torn MCLs in both of my knees, and Severe Osteoarthritis in both knees, The reason I can walk is because of how I tape my knees up, so I go thru A LOT of tape, I will say I can't use this in the shower and pool, and really most of the tapes, even KT GOLD Professional doesn't go to the next day for me, it does come off, HOWEVER as a daily user I LOVE THIS TAPE, it isn't TOO sticky where it leaves a residue behind and the stretch and slack it gives are perfect, and it doesn't hurt to take it off, but it stays all day long and thru a sweaty work out session. And I can buy this with my FSA health card.

Just the correct length and stretch to control crossover toe - (much better than athletic tape)
This is the perfect length for use on my second toe that is drifting toward my big toe. I take a strip, stretch it in the center to help remove part of the wrapper in order to apply the center to my second toe. I peel back the rest of the wrapper as I apply one end to the back of my toes to then finish with a wrap around the far edge of my foot. I do the same for the the opposite side. After a few tries, I am able to apply the tape without any wrinkles. This helps greatly with foot comfort when shoes are worn. This tape allows my second toe to flex as I walk since this tape has the right amount of stretch. I first tried athletic tape, which caused pain as I walked (since athletic tape does not stretch)
