Great machine and easy to install
This is my second Frizzylife machine. I have purchased a PD600 before. It has been running great for 4 years. I need one small unit for my under counter ice machine. So I purchased a PD400. The installation is very easy. For ice machine, you will need the mini tank and the ice maker installation kit. Otherwise, you will hear the pump pulsing when it is running. Once I have the mini tank installed, everything is running smooth. The water quality is excellent. By the way, the customer service is very good. Emily replied my email very quickly. Highly recommended.

Worked for only 40 days and then lost all water pressure
I purchased PD400 in Oct2023 and all went well for 40 days or so. Then the water pressure dropped so low that it was unusable. Then I bought the MWT3 pressure tank, even that didnât make any change in the water pressure. Then I was in contact with support over emails. They sent a replacement filter and valve, still nothing changed. Finally they gave back the money.So learning is: The support is limited to only replacing the parts they âthinkâ might be a problem, support doesnât know for sure what caused the system to drastically reduce the output pressure.

Compact and easy to install excellent customer services
I'm an engineer for medical water treatment. I can said the RO is well designed, compact and easy to install.I just installed the RO and it give me 94% rejection. It consider reasonable good for under sink RO.Will use it and update later about the performance and reliability.UpdateAfter 7 months of used, the RO stop working. I contacted the customer service and they determined it was the pressure switch issue. They send me the pressure switch and still not working after replaced the pressure switch.They sent me a replaced RO right away. I'm impressed their customer service.
