This is a quality build product. It does its as advertised. However, before you buy, be sure to check you air vent is sturdy enough to hold the "clip on" and the weight of your phone. If the air vent in your center console is adjustable in anyway (up and down, left and right), you may find that a bump on the road from here or there may cause the whole thing to sway undesirably. (Inertia at work :() My center vents are adjustable up and down.... I did find a different place to clip it in the center console and it's much more stable.Since this device is spring loaded pretty tight, I would be careful trying to insert your phone one handed as shown in the picture.Overall, if there is a a sturdy place to clip in your dashboard you won't be disappointed with this smartphone holder.

I'm so glad I finally found this cellphone clip! I had tried at least a half-dozen products (stick it on the windshield! lay it on the dash! mount it on the console! stick it in a vent!), but this one is by far the best of the bunch. It is "clean," strong, and good-looking. It's minimalist design blends nicely with the dash of my BMW 330Cic, and it fits snugly in one of the middle air vents There, it is located at the perfect height and distance: I can use all the functions of my cellphone (navi, phone, music, etc.) without any obstruction to the climate control, shifter, or any other features built into the console. Great, quality product!

Works great. I love it. First holder I've ever used. I don't clip it on my air vent rather on a space below my stero near the cup holders. It slides and holds in perfectly. It's kind of a hassle to adjust your phone in there. Maybe I have to get used to it. But it works great. It's simple and easy. Glad I got it.

Grips the air vent well and holds the iPhone 5S firmly. I use the clip in a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. One draw back is the clip does force the inner vent to be mostly closed when the clip is fully pushed onto the vent louver. I expect this will be a drawback in the summer when I want the A/C blowing on me.

Awesome product for the price! I have a 2012 Subaru legacy and was a little upset because I thought I would have to send the product back but, was able to figure out how to set it up without the steering wheel blocking my phone screen. The vents are not in the middle of the center console on my car. I would not have purchased if I wanted a vertical screen and would have gone with a CD mount. Otherwise great quality, can`t complain!

Super easy gadget to quickly snap onto the AC vent and go. Holds my Droid Turbo 2.0 up with no problem, every when going down a bumpy country road. Only bad thing is the gray rubber siding will come loose in the hot summer heat, the adhesive isn't the greatest. The gray rubber came off of mine after a few days of being the car in over 109 heat.

Works well. Would have given 5 stars if vent clip were just a tad tighter. But does stay in place with normal adjustment every now and then
