The Sunnydaze Utility wagon is heavy duty (and heavy). Should last a lifetime and more. It was more difficult to assemble than expected and took a couple of hours, mainly because it is heavy and I am old. The wagon is more maneuverable than I expected. The balloon tires allows heavy loads to be pulled over uneven surfaces

Cart itself seems very durable although I’m certain my husband will have to redo some of the assembly bc it looks wonky. The instructions are horrid!!! If you are looking for something which to put together, this is NOT it.

I bought this as a gift for my dad on Christmas and he absolutely loves it! Took him a while to put it together but it was all worth it cause now he uses it a lot. It does have a strong smell like rubber when it arrives but that is expected and once it's had a while to air out it is okay. You also have to put air in the tires but, then again, it was expected so overall it does what it says it does and is great!!

Front wheels are not parallel. The steering bracket is drilled with a toe out on the two front wheels. Also, the packaging was very inadequate. The end flap was torn open, two side rails were slightly bent.

Assembly was ok however the instrucytion book was unlear

My biggest complaint is the product was advertised as 37 inches long by 20 inches wide. The cart that came is 34 inches long by 18 inches wide. The body is sturdy and the folding sides are very convenient. The air filled wheels are sturdy, well constructed and make pulling a heavy load easy. The steering mechanism and handle attach method are week. If you put a heavy load in the cart or pull it through thick sand the handle and steering mechanism bend and twist. Being a mechanic I can modify these problems simply with a few pieces of hardware from Home Depot however if you are not mechanically inclined and want a 37 x 20 cart that you can put a heavy load in this cart is not for you. If you are going to use it for light loads (less than 50lbs) then it is a good cart for you.

I bought this to carry yard debris and firewood. I'm a 67 yo woman and I was able to assemble and use it the day it arrived. The next day I hauled about 7 wagon loads of branches and such to the edge of the woods. Dropping the sides makes unloading a breeze.. especially if you line the wagon with a small tarp or a large contractor garbage bag.. I love it
