Expensive + NO 'Labels and Pen Included'
Appeared from product photos and description to be a good quality product. The layout is what I wanted for work but the lack of 'Labels and Pen Included' that was supposed to come with it make the product expensive and not really fit for purpose as I needed it asap. Amazon CS disappointingly didnt listen and just fobbed me off with a replacement or refund option. I dont want to send it bacj for a replacement planner that may well not have the pens and stickers, I just need the pens and labels not a whole lot of wasted time, petrol and effort. Should have gone to a shop, my mistake...
